Dr. Merrill Magnolia has masses of large 3 to 3.5 in. fragrant, white starry single flowers that bloom 3-week to 4-weeks in midspring. The magnificent floral display resembles a white cloud and the flowers give way to large, green to dark red ornamental fruits in mid summer to early fall. Hardy in USDA zones 4 to 8.
